Our wide variety of classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence—whether you’re brand new to pole or ready to expand your skills. In addition to pole, you can join us for on-the-mat workouts and stretch classes. If you’re new to pole or fitness, keep an eye out for our “no experience required” options. Every class offers both modifications and challenges so we can meet you exactly where you’re at.
